GTeglman commented on the post, You Say Ascona, I Say Voyage 5 years, 5 months ago
@soren-navntoft & @anders-bilidt, I would love to have a bright blue Ascona Voyage to compliment my 1971 Opel GT.
The four spoke steel rim is in my opinion spot on, and make it look a little more […]

Damn right!
Hard to compare, but to be honest I think the white / (creme) interieur looks much better in your Thunderbird than in the Countach.

@tony-wawryk, I’m with you all the way! Damn shame that Volvo
management didn’t have the hart to put it into production.
The 2000GTZ is IMHO one of the most tasteful Zagato designs. Normally I find Zagato […] -

@tony-wawryk, You are not alone ! I do share the same irritation when it comes to replicas, continuations and recreations. No question that the quality of eg. the Singer (Porsche), and the Eagle (Jag) is very very […]

@tony-wawryk, What a remarkable story. I could easily live with the fact that some parts are pinched from other cars, but the price tag makes it out of my reach anyway.
From some angles I find it really appealing […] -

@anders-bilidt, I like it ! Color combo is nice and, and the (ship) deck flooring when you turn the trunk into a huge compartment for parts is amazing.
If it really is tough as nails, could it be a year round […]

@claus-ebberfeld, I find the Lada Niva to be a charming and rugged little off-roader, and very much a Man’s car. I tried to argue that the simplicity is in fact the Niva’s
ultimate sophistication, but my wife […] -

@anders-bilidt I know the Wolfrace alloys where a popular choice for a lot of 70′ cars, but I still think they lack elegance, but thanks for the free fact that they actually are a UK product.
